2. Contact form

When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, optionally your company name, your message and the selected language. The data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to our server, stored in our database and delivered by email to info@florentdev.online. You automatically receive a confirmation email. The purpose is to answer your enquiry; the legal basis is your interest in contacting us or the initiation of a contract.

3. Price calculator and offer

When you request an offer via the price calculator we process your name, email address, optionally your company name and the selected configuration. We generate a PDF offer that is sent to your email address and to us. The request is stored in our database for follow-up.

4. Email delivery and hosting

Emails are sent via the mail server of our provider IONOS SE (Germany). The website and database are operated by a hosting provider; technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, page accessed, browser) is generated in the process.

5. Usage analytics (PostHog)

This website uses the analytics service PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA; servers in the USA) to statistically evaluate and improve website usage. Information such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, interactions and session recordings may be processed. Person profiles are only created for identified users. You can prevent collection by disabling JavaScript or using a tracking blocker.

6. Local storage (cookies / localStorage)

We store your language choice in your browser's local storage so that the website appears in your language on your next visit. PostHog may set cookies or local storage to recognise your browser. You can delete this data in your browser at any time.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is only passed on to third parties where necessary to provide the services described (hosting, email delivery, analytics) or where we are legally obliged to do so. Your data is not sold.

8. Retention

We retain contact and offer requests for as long as necessary for processing and a possible business relationship. On request we delete your data earlier, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Please contact info@florentdev.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
